Step 2: Stability needs

Economy Shared shares the cloud host; under extreme conditions speed may be affected. For high stability, choose Stable Dedicated (physical isolation).

Step 3: IT capability

Own server + technical team → Self-hosted (full data control, optional maintenance contract ~3,000 CNY/year).
